- Cancellations Made 14 Days or More Before Check-In: You will receive a full refund of the booking amount, excluding the non-refundable service fee.
- Cancellations Made Within 14 Days of Check-In: No refunds will be issued. You will be charged 100% of the booking amount plus the service fee.
