The house and pool were very clean and very comfortable.
Communication with Anne is unproblematic and very pleasant.
Unfortunately, there are no shopping facilities nearby, but you can take a taxi
quickly in the center.

Peaceful place in a cool neighbourhood. The villa is exactly as described, quiet, spotless, and the private pool is the highlight. Two comfortable bedrooms gave us space to unwind. Check-in was smooth and everything worked as expected. We’d happily book again and recommend it to couples or a small family.

Excellent base in a quiet part of Mengwi. Very close to Canggu. We loved having our own pool for morning swims and evenings. The two-bedroom layout is very convenient. Comfy beds. Kitchen fully loaded. The home felt safe and private, and communication was clear with the host. The only bad thing was having to leave!

he place is clean, quiet. Good location. The host is very nice and very helpful. Every day someone comes to clean the villa too. The top markotop is really used. Next time I go to Bali, I'll just stay here again. The bestttttt!!!

Perfect family villa. The layout is ideal: three bedrooms downstairs for the kids and grandparents, plus a quiet ensuite upstairs for us. The private pool was quiet large and we loved the handy poolside shower. The master bath’s tub is a treat after beach days. Ten-minute drive to Seminyak Square and the beach, yet the villa sits on a peaceful dead-end. The open living area and fully equipped kitchen made dinners easy. We’ll be back.

Stylish, spacious, and private. Four real bedrooms with five bathrooms meant zero waiting. We loved the indoor-outdoor design, lounging by the pool, and the upper terrace. The master suite is huge with a bathtub; the two guest suites downstairs are comfy with great showers. The staff were just amazing! If you’re looking for a place in Seminyak, look no further
